Mystic Interactive: Studio Website

Contract front-end work on the company website for Mystic Interactive, a Seattle indie VR studio. In Squarespace, I used custom CSS and JavaScript to build a dark, game-branded experience beyond template limits.

The goal

The studio needed a home base that felt like its games, plus the practical pages a growing studio relies on: a press kit for journalists and a way to recruit. It all had to stay easy to manage in Squarespace, alongside ongoing work on their flagship title, Crystal Conquest.

What I built

  • A trailer-led homepage with glowing platform buttons for Steam, Meta, Kickstarter and Discord, plus a gameplay gallery.
  • A responsive mobile layout: full-width trailer, stacked tap-friendly buttons and a collapsing menu.
  • A press kit with studio factsheet, pitch, downloadable image pack and games section.
  • A careers page with an application form for resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, matched to the brand.
